Florènn partners with Selfnamed to custom-produce and ship all of our skincare products. Each order is made to order, ensuring freshness, individuality, and minimal waste.
1. Processing Times
All products are custom-made. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order is shipped. Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We use live-rate shipping to provide the most accurate and up-to-date pricing.
Shipping rates may vary depending on your region, package size, and current carrier pricing.

Delivery timelines vary by location. Average delivery windows after dispatch:

• United States & Canada: 6–12 business days

Florènn and Selfnamed are not liable for any customs-related charges or delays.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the courier directly to file a claim.
