Florènn sells custom skincare products fulfilled by Selfnamed, our official white-label manufacturing and logistics partner. All products are made to order and shipped from Selfnamed’s facilities.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in immediate termination of your Services.

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
All products are cosmetic-grade and not intended for internal consumption. Product packaging may vary slightly due to customization and white-label production handled by Selfnamed.

We are not liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, or discontinuation of the Service.
5. Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. This includes maintaining up-to-date email and shipping addresses.
6. Fulfillment and Shipping
All Florènn products are made to order and shipped by Selfnamed.
Processing time is typically 3–5 business days, and delivery estimates vary by region.
Shipping fees and times are detailed in our [Shipping Policy]. Customs duties may apply to international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.
We only accept returns for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect. To request a return for such cases, please contact support@selfnamed.com within 7 days of delivery, please note that selfnamed will take up to 7 business days to respond.

8. Intellectual Property
